Maintenance and repairs are inevitable where properties are
concerned but they are also important issues to keep on top of.
A well maintained
property will encourage long staying tenants who will want to keep
the property in good condition. On a re-let it will be easier to
find new tenants. In the longer term your property will be worth
more if regular repairs and maintenance have been dealt with.
Our
service
will help to coordinate and arrange all necessary repairs and
maintenance. Small, low cost issues will be dealt with immediately
as are emergency situations. More expensive work, such as
redecoration, roofing etc, will be referred to the property owner
for discussion and agreement before commencing work.
We do not have
our own builders or maintenance team. These works are organised by
the local letting agent who looks after the property
as they will
have in place their own local regular tradesmen.
Invoices and
receipts will always be sent to the property owner for settlement
and for tax return purposes. We will not settle any bill on your
behalf.
