This innovative service is designed to ease the management of
your property portfolio where you need to deal with a number of
different Letting and Management Agents. The idea is simple; we
take over most of the administration and liaising with agents so
you have more time and less hassle.
We will act as your point of contact for all
of your Managing Agents when your concern is about rental payments
or queries, rent arrears, maintenance, repairs, tenants or void periods. Agents will
contact us for issues concerning your properties. We can
also recommend new Agents to take over the management of your
property if required*.
We will amalgamate all of your rent payments into a
single payment each month together with a simple summary
statement. We will also investigate rent arrears and void periods
to ensure each matter is resolved quickly so you can begin
receiving rental income again.

Each month we will collate all rental income
and deductions and send you one consolidated payment and
summary statement. So you have more time. |

And the cost.
We will provide all of the above for just £20 per month per
property.* This fee is per property, per month and will be
deducted from total rents received on a monthly basis.
