Network Property Management Limited was originally established to provide a full letting and property management service to landlords in the North of England. - Proof of Address: Recent utility bill (not mobile phone)
- Proof of Income: Wage Slips (4 weekly or 2 monthly)

- A Guarantor: Subject to application, on some properties

All Applicants and Guarantors will be required to pass credit referencing.
We are a responsible letting agent and act in the best interest of tenants and landlords. We do not generally offer a property to a DSS/Benefit applicant where the LHA entitlement is significantly under the rent level.
